It is a public address preamplifier with 8 line inputs, 1 unbalanced MIC input and 2 EMC(priority) level inputs. Each of the eight input channels can be selected via front panel push buttons for use with the MIC input, in this way the T-6240 can be used to page individual channel. Priority muting is achieved via EMC1-2 inputs for overriding other inputs except Mic1. Individual gain controls are provided for each channel and MIC inputs
